Christina Murphy has been a professional sculptor for over 30 years. Her studio, Rock Art Studio, was established on the Northwest side of Chicago in 1978. Now located in Suite 218 of the Flat Iron Arts Building in Wicker Park/Bucktown, the studio is open and available to all artists in any media, from sculpture to painting, tile design to murals. Rock Art Studio thrives as an engaging place where artists can come together to produce multi-media ventures or work on personal projects.
Many of Rock Art Studio’s artists offer personal and group art lessons to an array of students in order to teach and share years of experience with the surrounding community. The eclectic, exciting group at Rock Art Studio strives to keep the creative joy of art alive by embracing the needs of customers, community, and friends.
